I can understand your confusing since all the process inside IRCC is liking a black box to us, nobody knows exactly what happened there. Perhaps, the worst case is that you complete an upfront remedical and then get your medical extension after that. Remedical fee wasted.

Hi guys, just a quick update about my remedical. My 1st medical expired on Oct, 2021. I didn't receive remedical request after that. So, I did an upfront remedical on Dec 11, got the report and submitted webform on Dec 14. Today, Oct 23, I saw the update from my account showing my medical passed...

So, it takes about a month to get an update on the account after the upfront remedical? Ok, got that. I also did an upfrount remedical last week.
