So after getting PR it is possible to make changes. I am not much worried about ITA our score is 474 already. These small things look bigger than the Major part of EE process. Thts great , Thank You.

Well, if she changes her surname on passport and keep one on Marriage Certificate, then IELTS scoresheet & WES evaluation infact rest all documents have her old family name ! Is that okay ?
