Yes it is a general processing time.

This is how it goes... your application status changes to inprocess for two time... and this is the last one after 2-3 weeks you will get your final decision.

Yes mandeep is right. Backlog certificate is must. Please attach it by yourself if you are not able to make it then send it as an attachment in the email. and mentioned to recognize your document.
