I don't recall that happening but I guess it's possible... and I believe recommended passed / met are just terms used by different case processing centers, not one after another. For example my eligibility was "Met" like a month before getting the PPR and I don't think it changed again.

Sorry for the late reply guys, I just got home yesterday from Caracas. Dropped the passport at VFS on Wednesday, the tracking is currently showing it in transit to Mexico City VO. The 8 hour drive went really smooth, now the short wait game begins, they told me I should be hearing back from them...

Not yet, I'm leaving to Caracas tomorrow, hopefully I'll be able to turn them in on Wednesday!

Depends on what info is being redacted. What pages / info is removed? What are your first 5 activities? Or at least what activity is the first one that mentions security (if any)? What does it say on your assessments?
