Thanks for your reply. In the email, I have been told to upload passport copy and appendix A of the email sent to me on my CIC (as I come from visa exempt countries) but I can't see anywhere to upload it in my application section. So wondering if it takes sometime to reflect the same on online...

Sent another CSE as they dodged all the questions in first one pretending all is hunky dory. Again similar reply - your file is in order and nothing required. You will hear outcome shortly. Such a useless system with no accountability!!

Managed to call last week but as per agent, application hasn't been looked into since Oct (when online status changed to 'we are doing background check' ) and is awaiting eligibility confirmation from officer to kick off background check. Dropped them CSE this Monday, and got reply saying no...
