i have tried effortlessly to link my PR Application to my GCaccount but it never worked even though i can view my application status using services3.cic.gc.ca/. can anyone please tell me why it cant be linked?

Yes i did pay for all of us when i applied for PR in November 2019. but now, its just a biometric payment for only my wife as requested by IRCC.

if i have to pay for my wife, will i use my account to make the payment for her or i create an account in her name on ircc epayment platform? A response will be highly appreciated.
