    My query is that am i eligible to provincial nomination programme of Nova SCOTIA.My brother is a canadian citizen and resides in Toronto and I claimed points for sibling. My CRS score is 298 and my IELTS expires by 16 july2018. I will reappear for IELTS only if I am eligible for PNP.
