the Same thing happened with my spouse's evaluation. his MBA is considered as PG diploma and mine (also from same college) wes evaluated as Masters 10 months back

I also faced the same issue. Today we got a mail for my spouse that WES has got the required documents and they will start evaluation. when I logged into the account, we also got unexpected error. Let's wait. I think it has to be resolved by WES people.
