Applied April 16 online As per email I got as response to a webform I sent last week my BOWP got approved on July 23 and is already in the mail. Account is not updated yet.

Yes, once the BOWP is approved and you have the physical paper you can leave and re-enter Canada and keep working. Sorry, misunderstood the question before. :-)

I agree with Mike28888. One requirement is that you are currently in Canada. As for my understanding you won't be longer eligible for the BOWP if you leave.

Did you guys see the new processing time? It still says 91 days but they’re working on applications received on a March 23 2019. Something is wrong there! Anyone of April 15/16 2019 applicants got approval?

You should be able to send a webform through the website. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp I guess it takes longer at the moment because of the short work week last week. Let's hope we'll hear soon.

No nothing so far. Just checked my profile. I'm hoping for next week as the processing time of 95 days is passed on July 19.
