    It does say approved and mailed on Oct 18. But it cant be possible that 2 PR Cards, in 2 different envelopes get lost.

    Hi, That's interesting, I have a very similar timeline to yours. I did landing on Oct 04th, I still havent received my PR cards although they supposedly have been approved and mailed on Oct 18th. I also got an email reminding me about pre arrival services the other which I thought was strange...

    Yeah, I just spoke to them. Same thing, he said I have to wait until November 29th to submit a solemn declaration. Thing is I am travelling home for Christmas, so hopefully the "second card" will arrive in time, although it will be very tight on time!

    No, nothing yet. I am currently on the phone with CIC, I don't understand if it's supposedly mailed on the 18th how can it take so long. I live in Vancouver, not in a remote town...

    I landed on October 4th in Vancouver, still haven't received PR Card... Called CIC yesterday to confirm it was mailed out on October 18th and to confirm the address was correct. I don't understand if it's a Canada Post issue or CIC, but it's taking so long to arrive!!

    Passports delivered on September 16. Approved on CIC account yesterday but with today's date. Return tracker not activated yet..

    I just called CIC, the agent said that on the file it says security not started although he doesn't believe that is true, since the application is 10 months in. He couldn't comment on when I would receive DM & PPR. AR: November 01, 2018 AOR: January 30, 2019 MR: May 13, 2019 MP: June 13, 2019...

    Maybe in BC it is different, I have enquired at my bank and they said it's not an issue (CIBC) and my BC driving licence expires on my Birthday in Nov.

    This is not true, your bank account & driving licence are definitely valid. This is from MSP (BC Health Care) "Individuals who have been advised by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada that they have ‘implied status’ and are waiting to receive their renewed permit should contact HIBC...
