Hi friend, my post is based on my personal experienced. The letter I received required a 12 month passport validity. I am not sure it that applies to all. Even my consultant was surprised by that. By the way I am from the Philppines.

Hi, sorry for late posting... We got our passport request last Aug 17... But unfortunately there's a new policy with VAC, before July 31 passports with 6 months validity is still accepted... But after July 31, they need a 12onth validity for passport... Since my passport is valid foe only 10...
