Does it take a year for this type of case to get the medical passed? My case is somewhat similar and I have applied through express entry FSW- inland in September. My medical status is showing the same as "we are reviewing the medical" since my AOR (11th Sept).

Mine is also FSW- Inland but still stuck at CIO.

A friend of mine with AOR 18th Sep got his PPR on 7th Nov. His file is in Ottawa. I guess those people whose files are in Ottawa have started receiving PPR. My file is in CIO Sydney NS. AOR 11th Sep, dont know how much we people have to wait, files being at Sydney.
