    Send it to both. They never looked at the email I sent. The mail reached to them later and they started processing my application right away.

    Please do not take a risk and send only by email. They did not receive my documents by email. Sent through regular email on Feb 25 and it got there April 26. Use Fedex any other couriers.

    My husband just got his biometric done in Islamabad. It was smooth. He got it in one day and went back to Kabul. Tajikistan is suspending visa and flights due to increased cases of covid.

    I sent my file online on Feb 25, they acknowledged receipt and no news since then. I have connected with my MP here in Canada hope something positive comes out.

    After eligibility, your security starts and usually 1 month but depends where you come from. If conflict zone it could take from 2 months to a year. Once your background is clear then your decision comes. Good luck!
