75 days is not normal :(

Finally, received my father's passport along with visa. However, my mother's visa application is still being reviewed even after a woeful amount of 75 days. :(:( What else needs to be done now as I have even sent case specific inquiry too but I have not received any reply after the standard 15...

Seriously need a way to file complaint against them. How can they approve visa of those who have applied in June/July before ours?! This is really unfair.

My parents also applied on 18th May. While my dad received passport request on 15th July, my mom's application is still under review/process. This is getting frustrating to a point now! 63 days already gone :(

Finally an update!!!!! Can't believe the Canadian embassy has finally woken up :p My dad received a passport request. However, no change in my mom's visa application :mad: Hoping that is also updated soon :(

Hey @Bryanna please help. Even now after more than 8 weeks there has been no change in application status. I even sent web enquiry and emails too, but have not seen any update being done. What else should I do to expedite the decision process as it's now 59 days since applying.

Its already almost 8 weeks since they have applied. How much more time does the embassy needs to take a decision? This is baffling to say the least and its getting frustrating now.

Planning to means? Those who have mentioned the travel date? My parents had applied on 18th May to visit my brother who is studying in UBC. When will their visa get approved then?

I also asked my agent. He told me that he will be sending email to Delhi office regarding this.

Well the Visa office has been reviewing the same since 15th June(This was the only time an update was given). Why has no decision been taken since then?

I don't know what time they are taking. My mom's brother applied for Visa through paper application on 19th May and received it on 7th June. It just seems that they have sidelined our Visa application.
