Hey Sasha1989, I'm a Nov applicant too, i haven't seen anyone except you my friend. I have seen applicants from October 2017 with test dates after mine by as much as a month who received their oath dates. Doesn't seem to be sequential at all. Congrats to all who received their oath date!
