Hey! @Lucasdliz! From what I understand and have read, you cannot apply for an Open Work Permit (OWP) if you apply Outland (even if that's from within Canada). Personally, if I were you, I would apply Inland so that you can apply for an OWP and stay in Canada. At this point, processing times...

Now that the Visa Office has officially moved buildings, maybe we'll start to hear some news. I was recently thinking, maybe that's why there's been little to no movement; if they sent passport requests a month or so ago, there would be the risk that they would end up at the wrong building...
