As I mentioned before, we prepaid for the return airway bill. Ask DHL in Kazakhstan to contact the office in St. Petersburg, they'll be able to assist. It wasn't easy for us, at first they didn't know how to do it.

Family class immigration needs a complete overhaul. This is wrong on so many levels, completely unacceptable. Have you tried contacting Warsaw asking if you can provide more proof? There has to be a way to rectify this. I don't understand why they didn't send a procedural fairness letter...

Have the DHL rep contact the Naberezhnye Chelny location, they will know how to proceed as they did ours. We had the same problem and they contacted St. Petersburgh for instructions.

Here in Ottawa, the French school board started a few weeks ago, and they already have cases in 5 different school. 200 teachers/students ordered into quarantine. Now the English board goes back this week...it’s just a matter of time. In my opinion, get here the sooner the better.

My advice is pay up and send it to Warsaw. Just get your COPR, you never know what could happen in the near future with cases rising here in Canada.

Outland, my wife is in Russia. I emailed them almost daily since I got DM back in June, and had my MP do the same.

They will get to you, it took weeks for them to reply to me. We received ppr Sept. 2, and sent it via DHL on Sept. 3. It arrived in Warsaw yesterday Sept. 7 (which is a holiday here in Canada, so they were closed) and they sent it back today.

For those waiting for ppr directly from Warsaw, once you ship out your passport its a quick turnaround. Ours was sent back the very next day.

Email the embassy in Warsaw. Ask them to issue ppr. Have your M.P. do the same, and keep at it, don’t quit until you get what you want. Having a long wait after DM is unacceptable.
