There is something going on with the PR card process. They just updated the processing time from 13 days to 15 days; and update date from 29 Dec 2019 to January 5, 2020! I think they are one week behind of their schedule. I have not received any update for mine at all.

The officer told me around 4-6 weeks. no update yet on my online account.

80% of applicants can get their PR in 18 months. I believe even 12 months are too optimistic!

I linked mine too; it shows only "submitted" and nothing more. Was it the same for you?
