Try with number of applicants as (1 your mom + 1 you sponsor + 1 your spouse if co-signer), that's what worked for me.

The number of family members will be 5 in your case, (3 members you are sponsoring + you + co-signer), don't include your children, it should work, If at all it doesn't work try with 4 (removing your depending brother) Thanks, AYK
