No Daris, timelines are now based on Visa Offices. Before now, all files were treated at CIC Sydney but after the distribution of files to local visa offices, applicants' timelines are now dependant on their local visa offices. This actually explains why processing time went back to 19 months...

Hi Luisalex, we have almost the same timeline. Application received : June 15, 2018 AOR : August 10, 2018 MR : Waiting

I feel this is possible because at the moment, they are issuing PPR to August/September/October/ November 2017 applicants. So,if December 2017 applicants are yet to receive the medical request, it then means that their PPR will follow closely with MR.
