Hello, I got a full-time job (Noc B) with 4 months contract through an agency but they are saying I will not get an offer letter but I will have to sign a document from Labour Ministry. So will this experience will be considered for Express Entry? Your help will be much appreciated.

1. What if my passport expires while I am in Canada having permanent residency card? 2. Do I have to return to my home country for renewal of passport? If yes, then can I board the flight with just PR card in my hand with no visa stamp in on my passport?
