I didn't get that email but I did notice when I received COPR that mine had also been transferred to Montreal, and I'm in Nova Scotia. I believe they redistribute between offices based on caseloads... I could be wrong though.

Did you submit your address change already? I started submitting mine well before I moved, lol. I submitted it actually multiple times for both Sponsor & Applicant, and they still sent my OWP to my old address. After that though they got it updated.

I got DM in ECAS July 13 and COPR email July 20 and GCKey has not been updated. You may be getting that COPR email before GCKey has any updates. For me GCKey still says reviewing eligibility but I passed eligibility in May. So it's not always kept up to date!

I passed medical June 23, no communication about it or after. Started checking ECAS regularly and got DM in ECAS July 13, then COPR email July 20. I never had to submit any additional documents.

I receive eCOPR today.

There's no way to know for sure. You can check timelines in the spreadsheet. I was early Sept and just got AIP a few days ago.

The Ontario health card. I'm in NS and inquiring about their health card, but from what I've seen I can't get it if I don't have the work permit/PR card, but we'll see.

When we got the AOR email I was able to link my OWP to my online account. I haven't received any news of whether it is approved or not. The instructions for linking applications is here. Once you get AOR you can link your PR/sponsorship app and your OWP app. It was really tricky for my work...

yeah I always assume a portion of that is folks not updating, folks who dont need it, etc., folks with application issues.
