Hi everyone how to defer semester in Sheridan college? What is the procedure? I applied on June 10 but no reply until now... They are still reviewing my status...

I had applied for study permit and trv for my two children... I applied on 10 June... My review had started a month back and last week my children's review had started... Today when I logged in my status was the same but my children's status was updated nut no message... Is this normal?
