    Yes, that was BEFORE the pandemic. Now, they are either calling to verify some information or simply emailing you the letter. Our case was the latter.

    We were in Canada, so no passport request. We were supposed to have a phone interview but we just got the COPR by email and in MyGC account.

    Thanks!! You do know that you are not going to be requested biometrics. Only those who applied AFTER Dec. 3, 2019 are required to provide them. Also, you haven't been asked for the medical exam yet? I think you should request your GCSM notes in case you haven't and send web forms inquiring why...

    When did you apply?!?! They'll reimburse your extension for the OWP. If they don't, you can request it provided it hasn't started to be processed.

    14.5 months and still nothing!! Ordered the GCSM notes today (for a second time). Wrote an email to about 5 different journalists. Hope one of the gets interested and pursues the history and get to the end as to why it is taking twice the time for QC applicants!
