There is still a good chance for 446. It may look unlikely right now, but I'm 100% sure they will either increase the draw size or have more frequent draws. You'll get it before the end of the year.

Hate to say it to you, but it's close to 0 at this point of time.

I wouldn't be so sure that a back-to-back draw for the next two Wednesdays will bring it down to 438 if there's no draw this week.

To be honest, unless there are 3 back-to-back draws, I don't see it happening any time soon.

I received the ITA about 50 minutes ago. CRS is 438 and the profile was created on April 11th 2018.

It depends on how you define "being qualified." To IRCC, the fewer points you have, the less qualified you are to their needs, as simple as that. It makes perfect sense to get as many people with high score as possible. I myself am at 438 and I think it's gonna be a loooong wait..

Please enlighten me, how come the tie-break rule is January 28, 2018? Didn't we already clear all the way down to 440 a month ago? How do we still have 442 back in January?

I still have high hope for 438 this year, as draw size is increasing while we're still below 2017's number of invitations, despite higher target. Nevertheless, I would watch the numbers of the next 2, 3 draws very closely to see if too many people are entering the pool nowadays. Fingers crossed!
