Would you be able to share how were you able to reach an agent? Those options on IRCC helpline just tell me to log into the tracker website and never connect me to an agent.- nrsinquest

Tried calling the IRCC helpline to equire, but as soon as I select the "applied for Citizenship" option, it just plays an automated voice message to check on the CIC website. Still no updates recieved since 13th Nov. 2024. Didn't expect such an inordinate delay! What are my options? I filed...- nrsinquest
