RBC & TD banks have branches in the US through which you can do cross border transfers. There was a person who opened an account with TD bank of Canada while being in the US and the bank mailed the card to the US. I would recommend checking with the bank first.

Look inside the "applicant information", not the general info on the outside of the application.

Does not matter. If you open the application and look at the applicant information, you will find it was submitted at the day of your entry.

My PPR was approved and counterfoil generated on Monday 19 August. However, when I look up the tracking number of the return label that I sent there is no change yet. Any idea why it is delayed?
