My husband landing tomorrow evening finally.One day after our 2nd wedding anniversary so happy

Finally after a long wait my husband got his passport back with visa. By the end of the month he should land and finally meet his son. Thank god for ending this nightmare.

Yes you have to send pcc and updated forms to the email they provided. I guess that way they are trying to do things faster..good for us anyway

We had our ADR on May 15 2018 so in about 2 months and 10 days later we got ppr

I got the request for medical and pcc 1 month 3 weeks after winning my appeal.

It makes me feel sad to hear that at least they should think about the children. It's hard to take care of the baby alone i get no time for myself or to do stuff. My husband is waiting eagerly to meet up with his son. So many heartbreaking stories here.

I was pregnant and alone here was trying to get my husband here before delivery with visitor visa while our hearing date was about to get set up trust me i gave them all kind of letters from doctors and obstetrician still MP told me that they won't even grant him visitor visa until the spousal...

Tell them exactly why you were refused when they as uts important for them to know that you are aware for what you are there for and why you should be allowed.

And also with my same old UCI im now able to check the online status of our application with new updates after appeal allowed.

I got it through email they sent it to me and my lawyer not to the applicant.

So after waiting since we won the ADR on May 15, 2018 today we got request for medical and pcc. Hopefully it goes faster to request pp and get visa.

Yes it is our visa office is supposed to be in New Delhi. This whole process have been very long and painful i have a 4 months baby who's impatiently waiting to meet his dad. I feel through all this waiting game our emotions and values are not considered. The thing about reuniting family sooner...
