    Voluntary Departure over common law status

    PR under caregiver status was turned down along with the open permit. A voluntary Departure has been issued. But. There is an appeal in on the PR decline. Also we have a common law sponsor application filed before the voluntary Departure was issued. Is it necessary to leave the country?
