Yes they will issue PFL - and explanation and refusal as thye will add your spouse its depends on officer / I got ita on 27 - 508 with non accompanying and got call from Officer at may 2025 and then pfl and submitted explanation and in 30 Day she refusal by adding my spouse into file and score...- Hardikn73
