is your bachelor degree a over 3 years degree? and is your diploma a over 1 or 2 years diploma? if yes, your education can be counted as two education credential

what do you mean "Spousal Visa"? if you are a PR or citizen and want to sponsor your partner who are inside or outside Canada, both you and your partner do not need IELTS test if you are applying PR, you need a proper IELTS score before you get into the EE pool
