My mom has completed her medical. There is no mention of requirement to send the medical confirmation page provided by physician to VAC. So is it required to send the confirmation to VAC or will they automatically get the medical results from the physician? Can anyone please advise? Thank you!

I sent similar email to Delhi VO but did not receive any response. So dont know what this is about. You are lucky you got a response...

I have seen faster response with webform as may be it is centrally located then VO emails. VO emails they can ignore and nobody outside of VO will know... This is just my personal observation/experience, I have no real proof of this.

Ottawa is better than New Delhi.. Fast processing and decisions... I wish your file is processed by Ottawa office and not New Delhi office like us.. Also I have seen many people who are still in their home country but file was processed by Ottawa VO. So keep us posted.. All the best...

Same status and VO, the only exception is for medical. For us no medical requested as my parent is already in Canada on super visa, atleast that's what I think. They have already requested PR fees, PCC, travel forms and we have already provided those loooong time ago. So all in same waiting boat...

Already did email, web form, courier... No response....

It is from 2016 so more than a year, but they havent yet requested the medical. And even in the online portal it shows "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes." VO is New Delhi..

Same here... File received 4JAN2016, in process since Dec-2017, updated travel document, PR fees, etc. sent JAN-2018... No updates since then... WAITING AND WAITING.... Also have a question.. they have not requested for medical test, is it because my parent is already here on super visa and did...
