I agree as per the link shared we don't need a birth certificate unless we are claiming sibling points or are showing dependents. I guess none of us want to take any risk! Has anyone got PR approval without uploading birth certificate??

I am not claiming sibling points. I just have to list all my family members as per application requirements, none of them are living in Canada.
