Hey, If you submit surrender application with proof that you have applied for Canadian Passport with a letter of explanation, that will work too. My surrender certificate is printed at HCI. and for you specific matter, yes copy of Canadian passport will work.

Just now received Letter for Oath. Oath scheduled for 8th June. Strange that I got my test mail from Vancouver, I was thinking my file is with Vancouver office however, Oath mail from Calgary. But all good as long as the ceremony is scheduled. Praying for everyone's speedy process.

Okay. So, may be Vancouver office is looking at test results from 7th and 8th.. I gave my test on 8th March. Hoping for an update soon.

Hi Guys, Thanks for your insights. I called CRA and got confirmation that it is indeed from the following month my son started living with me. so, in my case its from January 2021. However, final calculation will be done during first week of March 2021 and hey will let me know via mail.
