You can't create another profile while one is already existing. You have to decline the current one and wait for another invite with your spouse added. If they continue to do PNP and CEC only then you will get in the next draw. Suggestion is, you can decline and make this changes and take a...

I am not sure on that. ITA will come immidiately or within few minutes. Just a doubt are they considering those who are inside Canada or all cases. You guys can check with CIC once for not receiving ITA eventhough qualify for CEC.

You should receive an ITA if you qualify for CEC irrespective of FSW. If you qualify for both, it will not impact for CEC class draws. Are you residning in Canada or outside Canada with Canada experience?
