It is no doubt, I have heard that in Pakistan when you receive PPR and go to get your visa, they have already sold your visa to someone else, so replacing your memory card is actually stealing your data I would guess.

Wow that's very bad, at least I have been given a chance, so hopefully they will accept an explanation letter from me that it was a honest mistake.
