I have requested for visa inside canada. Also I have booked tickets to fly outside canada and return after the expiry of my current visa. If my visa does not approve before my travel date, can i transfer the stamping location to outside canada ?

Yes. You have to submit your old passport. You will get it along with your new passport after its processed. May take 1 to 2 months in general.

Hi Even I have this issue.. I have sent an email and got same automated response. Have you tried registering for course ? I have not tried. I have contacted program adviser for their advise.
