I got rejection via mail. Status is unchanged in site though. Advise everyone to contact department heads directly or their secretaries rather than waiting.

Yes. I got confirmation from Nicole Parisi that the decisions will be made in the next 2 weeks. He/She is secretary to Denis Peters, Dean/Faculty of Engineering and Applied science. So, hopefully they will release at the earliest.

I applied in October with December 1 being the last date. So the results should have come by Feb 1. But delayed and is now about to be announced in 2 weeks time. I applied for M.Engg. in Electrical Engg with funding.

I got reply from secretary to Dean/Department of engineering and applied science today that decision will be made in next 2 weeks.

We may get an update 8n April 1st week hopefully

Good school of thought. :) I already asked departmental coordinator, SGS and Andrew Kim. I got replies from SGS and Andrew Kim asking me to wait until a decision has been made. Departmental Coordinator is not responding.

MASc or MEngg?

Anyone got admit in any of the M.Engg Programs? Just to know whether they started giving out confirmations. I mailed them that 3 months were over from the deadline date. But they replied that there is no strict deadline for declaring results.

Ircc planning to raise gic amount to 20000 dollars from 01-04-2019. Official confirmation awaited. No requirement of 1 year fees as per expected new rules for SDS. Anyone heard this news?

I dont think that matters. But by the way, why dont you change your father's name in passport? That should be pretty easy, if you are from India and you have other documents to prove it. Getting your passport re-issued should not take more than a week in India. Plus, you get extended validity too.

2-3 months after deadline date which is December 01. Probably because MEngg is funded for research and requires the most scrutiny

Not yet. I mailed them. They said it takes usually 2-3 months.
