But the option In Canada – Protected Person (for Convention Refugees or other protected persons applying for permanent residence from within Canada) wasn't in the payment options, only: Protected Person - Does your family coming with you to Canada, I said no, only me.

It says on the site I don't have to pay The right to PR fee, but I have to pay processing fees anyway?

It's in the filling the requested forms, this is not in the fees payment option at all.

Yeah, I already got a consultation with another dentist and she noticed gum recession that the previous one just ignored, when I mentioned that something is not right.

She's the one who recommended the Ct scan. But I don't think she's very competent and CT scan is 500 dollars with 200 for consultation and 300 for the scan. If the circular x-ray could resolve it instead, I would get that.

I had a filling done recently and it started to hurt after that. I have autoimmune disorder and I think the pulp might not healed properly because of my hyperthyroidism. But is the circular x-ray can show deeper cracks too?
