PCC is required for criminality check and not for background and security checks, If PCC gets expired before criminality check IRCC will ask for PCC again..

Mine also same as yours, usually final review is done by an officer. but I have also seen few notes approved after program assistant and agent.

I have the exact same notes, MY AOR sept 2020, may I know eligibility is passed by an officer or agent? You will find it in last few pages of your GCMS notes.

Sinp PNP applicant here AOR 13th sept BIL & medical passed on 27th oct. Things are moving as expected.. Waiting for Indian VAC to open..

YES as far as I know First MEP for FSW followed by PNP and last CEC.. PNP current trend for BIL is 1month 20days..

As far as I think if you miss any mandatory document supporting your eligibility, file outrightly rejected. but current COVID situation changed their approach and they may just give time to upload as long as you mention it letter of explanation..

I will be submitting tomorrow..SINP nominated ita received july 21. thank you legalfalcon for all the help and I will be looking forward to PPR journey:)

No problem, your scores locked when you submit sinp Application.. after getting new IELTS results create new EE profile and inform SINP through email that's it.

I am mentioning opinion based on my personal experience, I have submitted proof of funds PF online statement only and received Nomination.

I am really skeptical about your gift deed..2 yr trend sinp says..all applications with less than 3 months have been out rightly rejected by sinp..

No need for 10 yrs ITR if you can substantiate your work experience and income details by pay slips and other documents
