I am in the same boat. I requested GCMS notes in June and August, to no avail. I got a ghost update on Sep. 24 but I didn’t get any response since then. :(

    Draw # 176, CEC @ 75

So you think (1) is correct, right? If (1) is correct, he is eligible until Feb 2021, but if (2) is correct, he is eligible until Feb 2022.

For example, a person had worked from February...

2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

This is always confusing. Mine almost passed 24 months but when I called the CIC, the agent told me that she could not put any note about me. :( Anyway, it seems that when the file is transferred to LVOs rather than decision is made in the ‘federal office,’ it takes much longer than usual. I...

How could you contact Calgary LVO? Mine was changed from “in progress” tto “application received” in the middle of July last year. When I called the call centre at the time, the agent told me, “just ignore application received,” but you guys seem to put a lot of importance to it. I am confused.

Tell me about it! Maybe that’s because I called and submitted a webform too often? I did them once in a month.

That’s fast. How did they confirm that all stages are passed. I called them several times and asked the confirmation, but they never answered whether some stages were passed or not. What was your trick to get that answer?

2018 Jan applicant, still waiting. Will it help if I submit a long webform elaborating my situation? They usually just send a very trite reply, saying, “we will do our best.” :(
