    Do write a strong sop . You will need to mention why you selected the particular course . Visa approval or refusal is based on total assessment of your file . If you can take vo into confidence that you have all required skills for the selected course you will get the visa.

    Yes definitely , they only need status of your most recent education. You don't have to mention details of your backlogs of your btech. Just make sure that course you have selected or going to select is relevant with your past studies.
