Try using forget password on new portal. Because few for few people password mail haven't came after they create the portal. So try this option once.

I won't agree with the second point, I got copr on May 10th through PR Confirmation Portal but still my PR application on GC Key portal is in Submitted. Moreover I have seen somany people with same senerio.

As you have already created account on pr confirmation portal. You won't get the second email. You can login to the PR confirmation portal with the credentials you used to create portal and check if your profiles are created.

Don't worry much about creating profile. I have created profile by mistake when I got the first mail. And I got my copr in 3 days. So I feel, it's purely depends on VO/VLU and officer handling our file rather than whether we have created the account or officer has created the account.

Don't worry about status on cic account. As your application on pr portal is approved, you might hopefully get the PR Card in 1 week.

Ideally I haven't got my copr status on cic account. My PR application is still in submitted state and PR Card application is approved. It's bit funny but that's the truth.

It updated in cic portal but not in PR Confirmation Portal. Also few people got it without even update in cic portal.

I got it in 4 weeks. But it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks time

Call IRCC and inform them. They will update it on PR Card application.

Don't worry about GC Key account stats. once they granted copr. I got my copr and PR cards aswell but still my GC Key account shows as "Submitted".

But I have seen the applications(atleast pr application) started moving after enquiry from MP office.
