    Thanks for the reply It's the wording participated that I'm unsure on. I applied in 2013 and then could only enter the country in 2014 after it had been processed. I'm unsure as to why anyone entering on the last year of one year IEC WH visa should be discriminated against? .

    I have just been refused a work permit whilst applying for my 2nd working holiday visa to Canada. I am a British citizen and have previously entered Canada on a working holiday visa from 2014 to 2015 for the one year granted. Which was the last year of the one year visas available.The Cic...
