Pls anyone here dealing with Accra visa office? Won my appeal over 4 months now and there's no communication whatsoever from thhere visa office. Should I start panicking or is it normal for AVO?

Won my appeal since May 2 2018 and till now I've not heard from AVO. File was transferred back to Accra and since then I've not heard anything! It's a crazy wait!!!

Congrats! It's always a sweet feeling knowing you have won your appeal. However if you're an Outland applicant, the Toronto office will send back your application to the visa office that first handled it. Tho the wait is not long again but depending on the visa office you still have some months...

Yes I think if there are genuine proof that your husband is not in a good condition it may help prioritize your case. However even if it's priotized it may still take up to two years to complete the whole process so be prepared

You won't hear anything from them until they set a day for your hearing which is usually between 20-24 months. Just make sure you keep communicating with the appeal board person who is in charge of your file . Good luck

Yes i think you have been selected for ADR since you were denied last December. make sure you go along with everything you can go with so show them that the initial refusal was an error. For you to have been selected for ADR it means you can easily convince them. Best of luck
