This is what I thought because I saw postings that some applicantions have been returned before AOR due to missing key information such as date and sign on application form or residence calculator.

By the way I still don't know what exactly AOR means to applicants. Is it just a receipt that they received application and logged into their system? Do they usually take a glance on application if all the required documents are enclosed?
