What kind of visit visa would it be and please explain about the Proof of Means of Financial Support (required): Do we have to provide employee or employer details as it would an official visit and not the personal.

I see that the TRV can be approved in 2 - 5 days under CAN+ process as I have traveled to US thrice in last 10 years. My question is how will I get the Medical test done in 5 days. I am looking for a flag poling and I would definitely require Medical test. Please suggest a solution.

Thank you. Its Alberta, WES evaluation was unexpected thing, after this the LMIA process and Work permit process still a long way to go.... I was also looking for option like applying for TRV after getting LMIA from employer and can I get work permit directly @ Port of Immigration to avoid...

I was interviewed by an Employer from Canada and asked me to get the WES evaluation document by document before issuing a LMIA.

Paid my WES fees on 29th May 2018 Sent Documents on 31 May 2018 Documents reached 4th June 2018 1st Status We are review your Documents- 4th June 2018 2nd Status We are review your Documents- 11th June 2018 Me too waiting for the third update to know due date

Hi all, If I have valid LMIA from a Canada employer and also I have US B1/B2 visa. Can I approach Niagara Border for the quick work permit to enter to Canada with Canada TRV? Or Can I get the work permit directly @ the Airport immigration.

In the 3rd updated status, you will find a due date for completion. Dont go with your calculated 20 days, go with the target date that WES gives in the updated status.

Could you please let me know in which case I can apply for Work Permit @ the border. I heard that TRV can be converted to Work permit @ border.

I see the processing time for Work permit is 84 - 124 days depending on online and paper applications. I would like to get clarity on one thing. If we have positive LMIA and offer letter from employer, can we apply for visitor visa( which can be issued in 24 days) and then apply for work permit...

I was asked by the employer to do so before issuing me an Offer letter and LMIA.

Is WES made as mandate for LMIA.
