Congratulations! We are August 2018 applicants and only got Pre arrival 4th of december and nothing else.

I think it's because of Quebec. We have CSQ since April 2019.

August 2018 applicant, received Pre arrival letter in GCKEY only in early december. Everything is in progress since April 2019.

Yesterday I received after 15 months this pre arrival document through gckey, but everything else is still in process.

I need to send my CSQ to Mexico. In the letter where they requested to send it, they don't mention email or web forms. Is it ok to send it throught the web form or do they absolutely need the physical copy sent by mail?

I have received a lettre from Mexico VO asking for CSQ (certificat de sélection du québec). The thing is that I have 30 days to send it but it is currently in process since April 4th (the CSQ) I thought that Quebec sends the CSQ directly to immigration Canada so they shouldn't ask me to send it...

I did it myself I am the sponsor and representative. They didn't ask for additional documents I only received AOR1 and application number.

I did. Called jan 15 and sent an internal note to the office in sydney. Called today and said they didn't hear back and should wait feb 15 before they can send another internal note to the office.

Application received august 14th. AOR1 december 4th. Since then nothing. ECAS says that sponsor is in process and principal applicant in process. No SA nothing. Is this normal?

As the sponsor I was able to link it to my account.

I am an unpaid representative and could link PA account on my GcKey. I have an account because I needed it to pay the fees.
