No problem. Yes I was already in Canada. So when you're already in Canada, every region has a local MP that can sort this kind of problem on your behalf. Unfortunately if you're overseas this doesn't really apply. Try webform and calling CIC, if you call them they are able to help as well.

I don't think they would delay arbitrarily just because you are calling. I only started calling then once my application passed 35 days. Now I call every other day.

They should put a range. From 30 to 90 days (or whatever the maximum is). Applied on April 11 too. Today 55 days, that's a shame.
