I believe declaring means, u were already married but you didn’t mention earlier... it should be considered misrepresentation. While getting married after AOR is a normal case and points are not recalculated in this case.

Yes that’s true... when application is outside Canada .. call centre agents can’t access the case info... you need to contact LVO via email
